Has anyone tried the methods/exercises in the book Strengthening the Eyes by Bernarr A. MacFadden? I am curious about these methods..... anyone got any suggestions? He does bring up central fixation...

I've started doing patch work. Given my left eye is slightly weaker then my right.... perhaps once it is the same my acuity will be much better! I'll keep doing Bates Method and Behavioral Optometry...
